- Adenitis – Inflammation of the adenoids
- Adnexitis – Inflammation of the adnexa uteri
- Alveolitis – Inflammation of the alveoli
- Angiitis – Inflammation of blood or lymph vessels
- Appendicitis – Inflammation of the appendix
- Arthritis – Inflammation of the joints
